The individual cancellation policy is at 24 hours or 6pm one (1) day prior to arrival date. Room rates are subject to a 10.2% tax per night. The daily rates net, non-commissionable and includes daily complimentary hot breakfast , Wi-Fi and parking.

The Bay Area has become famous for its traffic! We recommend staying in Fremont, Union City, Newark, or Milpitas so that you don’t get stuck in traffic and miss important parts of the camp :)
